The elder scrolls online teaser trailer

Hey people...

It isn't a secret to you anymore that I'm quite a fan of the elder scrolls series... And that I was quite fond of the last game, skyrim... Well, I just encountered something so unbelievable that I just needed to share it with you...

A teaser for an MMORPG in the world of the elder scrolls...
Is this something to be happy about? I'm not sure... I wouldn't like to see the genre run upon its end with a way too expensive massive multiplayer game... But on the other side it would be very cool to explore the vast world of morrowind, skyrim and all the others with your friends online... And even though I cannot decide about whether I like this or not, I am very sure about one thing: I am VERY VERY fond of the new teaser trailer which Bethesda released...

Guest post: A replacement to the university?

today I'm doing something which I've never done before: a guest post. Recently I've been contacted by the people of WallstreetOasis with the request of featuring one of their posts on this blog to follow up the online education post which I made in the past (if you have no idea what I'm talking about you can check it out HERE)

A REPLACEMENT TO THE UNIVERSITY?

What's up people,

Today I watched a viral video where a man literally sticks his hand inside a pack of bees, without any protection... Yes, he holds hundreds of bees in his bare hands, no protection...
Just watch for yourself:

I was amazed about how this was possible and I have a theory of my own, that is is some kind of stray colony of bees. And since bees only attack when either the honey in danger, and because there isn't any honey in this situation, that it's safe... I'm not sure about this though... They might also have been sedated by some thing, it's all possible... If anyone has an idea about this, please share it, because I'm very curious about it...

Men in black 3 trailer... And I'm liking it!

Hey there!

It's about time that I shared something with you guys again... And boy it's amazing... Well, it is to me...
Today I saw another trailer which made my inner child scream AWWW YEAH!

The trailer I watched was the one of men in black III. Yes, they decided to make a third movie, so prepare yourself because Will smith is coming back, in black... to protect earth from the alien scum out there...
Here's the trailer:

The movie will appear in theaters 25th of may and I'm sure I will be watching it on the day of release.
Some other info about the movie: besides Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones will also appear in this movie as agent K. And apparently, the role of the young agent K will also be played by Josh Brolin... Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I'm not pretty sure... what do you think yourself? Please let me know in the comments!

Angry tunes: Angry birds-speakers

What up people,

Time for another gadget review:

On today's schedule is: the angry birds speakers produced by gear4.

This is the ideal gadget for those of you who can't get enough of the birds and pigs of Rovio's massive hit game: "angry birds", and love fancy looking ipod speakers. Perfect for geeks and nerds who want to fill up their collection of crazy game gadgets. But it's also a great hit for those of you who don't want to be super geeky, yet original...
Admit it, they look awesome and funny. And best thing about it is that the quality of these speakers is pretty good too. (that's what's most important, ain't is). The people from gear4 certainly put their effort into making these, so that the sound quality is crystal clear and just perfect for in house use.
The docking stations on these speakers are only I-thing compatible, but there's also a 3.5mm cord included, so you can connect just about any other mp3 player out there, great isn't it? Well I think it is. They're goofy, geeky, stylish, silly... The only downside is the price you have to pay for these designer speakers. Red bird will cost you 50 pounds which is about 80 pounds. Not too much for a decent speaker, but there's still cheaper solutions. Of course those won't make your inner nerd giggle like a small child...

As promised! Exams are done, I'm fully recovered, and I'm back to blog =)

Today I saw the recently released trailer for the new spiderman movie, and man I can tell you, I'm looking forward to seeing it!
It looks like they are going the way they did with batman and the dark knight, making the story much darker and intenser... I also like the cast, actually I like every thing I've seen up till now about this movie... The original 3 movies were good and somewhat satisfying but never gave me the "wow" feeling; let's hope this one can...

Posting delay, rebirth is near...

January was one sad month for the blogger inside of me... Yes, a month full of exams isn't the best time to blog for me... As much as I wanted to, I'd have to make up the content really quick and hurried, and I just don't feel like presenting something that isn't fully worth it... That's why there's been a (long) silence. But fear not, as I just entered the last week of exams, you can expect new posts, gadgets, music, games and even more... There's even a little surprise about a side project of mine, but that's for the future...

As you have noticed this blog has been inactive for a while now. There are some personal reasons for this but they are getting solved, so that's good.

Today I came across a copy of the book of Guinness world records and I must say, there are quite a lot weird record holders out there... Nevertheless, they all have a record for an amazing feat, and I'm sure they are very proud of it... So let's get rolling, here they come:

Cathie Jung, with a waist of 38cm, she's officially the woman with the thinnest waist... She all achieved this by wearing corsets... Amazing or crazy?

Skyrim Soundtrack: Dovahkiin

To stay in the line of my last post, I'll share something more about skyrim...

Yes, the game got to me and is taking up quite a lot of my time, which sadly enough is also the reason for the lack of updates here, sorry!

Anyways, here is what I wanted to share, the theme song of the game. It has a northern mountain king like feeling, and it's absolutely epic... Even though I can't understand the lyrics, they couldn't be any more perfect...

Skyrim released, goodbye social life

Hello everyone!

If you're even a little bit into rpg games you will know the elder scroll series. If that doesn't ring a bell, try oblivion, which was the latest title of the series a little while ago... But not anymore!
Yes, a new game in the elder scroll series has arrived, and I have waited so long for it: Skyrim is it's name...
Yes people, skyrim was released yesterday and I got myself a midnight launch edition! This is super because I happen to have 5 school-free days, which I can now spend with this beauty!

If you are just as exited about this game as I am, but you can't get it yet; or those who don't know a lot about it, I'm afraid that I won't be able to help you with that; but what I can do is sharing a review about it, that sums up the game pretty good, and gives a little bit of that elder scroll magic feeling...

It's about a guy who sings... Yes, he sings lots of disney songs... Still not that special, but he also kind of forms them into 1 story... I loved the way he connects all of the songs.

Steve Jobs dies at age 56... RIP

My god... I knew this day would come but I didn't know it'd come so fast...
Yes, I am very saddened. Because Steve Jobs, the mastermind behind apple has died on 05/10/2011... This is awful news... I might not be a super mac fan, but this death is a great loss to modern society.
Steve Jobs had been fighting against different forms of cancer for many years and had also undergone a liver transplantation... The founding father of Apple, and of technology as we know it, is no more... Steve, Rest In Peace, we will all miss you!
